Is there a notice period for subscriptions?

In case of a hacked website:
After 12 months.
The first 12 months are necessary because we have a lot of work to do in removing hacks and backdoors, and those costs are spread out monthly.
After 12 months, you can cancel on a monthly basis.

In case of a secured website:
After 6 months, you can cancel on a monthly basis.

How can I pay?

You can do so with:

Are there starting fees with a new subscription?

No, there is no starting cost when you sign up to secure and maintain the website. You only pay the monthly subscription.

I have no money this month, now what?

It is not a problem if you pay a month late.

Just let us know when a payment fails so we can give you enough time to pay and avoid collection or reminder fees.

When will I receive the first invoice?

The first invoice is issued 7-14 days after the request.

Why not immediately?
We begin working on your request immediately, but we require time for the necessary checks, both daily and weekly. Once everything has been verified and deemed in order, we will send out the invoice.

Do I pay in advance or afterwards?

With an ongoing subscription, you pay for the next month.

Can I pay by the month, quarter or year?

Subscription Payments

For subscriptions, you have the option to pay on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Currently, we do not offer annual prepayments.

One-Time Services (Security or Recovery)

For one-time services, payment is made in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
